Yellow Belt

Typically the Yellow Belt is a Lean Six Sigma team member, solving problems under the direction of the Green Belt or Black Belt. Because it is simply not possible for Black Belt or Green Belt to lead the team and complete all the project tasks, it become important to delegate some of them to the team members - the Yellow Belts.

For the onsite training, the Yellow Belts will receive four days of training in DMAIC and Lean.

Green belt

Typically the Green Belt is a part time Lean Six Sigma team leader solving problems under the direction of the Black Belt. Green Belts lead or are team members in smaller-scoped projects in their local area.

For the onsite training, the Green Belt candidates will receive eight days of training in DMAIC, Lean, and analytical problem solving, including hands-on training with Minitab statistical software.

Public Training

This Lean training and certification is designed for business professionals who desire a strong foundation in Lean Enterprise.
This course is geared towards people who are in the workforce, people involved with project management, and more for mature people who are already working and looking to complement their abilities, and as such, will appropriately be delivered on the weekend to accommodate the target audience’s schedule.

Master Black Belt

Typically the Master Black Belt is a full time Lean Six Sigma change agent, being the highest level of Lean Six Sigma technical expertise within the organization. The Master Black Belt is actively involved in training, coaching and mentoring the Black/Green Belts.

To qualify for the online or onsite training and certification, the Master Black Belt candidate must be a Certified Lean Six Sigma Black Belt with at least two years experience.
